The elegant pendants by Ornatem are reminiscent of the famous Faberge eggs.This perfect piece has a large blue topaz cabochon gemstone, held in place by a delicately worked 14k goldfilled wire that forms a mesh "basket" around the sides of the stone.

The pendant hangs 5/8" long and 1/2" wide, and hangs on a 14k goldfilled16" chain with a 2" extender.

Ornatem is the work of artist and jewelry designer Mikhail Zakhalov, who studied at the Odessa School of Art in Ukraine to become a Master Jeweler. Now based in New York City, his Ornatem collection sells in upscale retailers and stores throughout the world.
